Was working, then blanked out & says lost connection to ea servers, all is gone.

Product: EA SPORTS PGA TOUR
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug Everything was working fine and I edited something from my golf bag and all of a sudden says I lost connection to EA servers and the screen stops working for loading my golf bag and lv42 character, menu at top but just green blank background, I quit EA PGA Tour on quick resume, I shut down console, and pulled restarted network on modem. Started back up and went to EA PGA Tour and it still says not connected to servers so I hit RS to reconnect to EA servers and says I connect but character is gone and Scottie Scheffler is all I'm allowed to see but says Lv 0 near my name and doesn't give option to create a character or pick and custom character at all if i go to try to look at golf bag it shows a green blank screen and won't load anything other than blank screen besides menu at top
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My Account PGA Tour save data EA server side I guess? Network engineers? My Xbox Series X gamertag is Dark Element48
What happens when the bug occurs? Everything was fine with my PGA Tour and lv42 Character then I tried editing golf bag with store item I bought and it crashed. When I relaunched PGA and got on the top menu was there and working then I tried to go to golfer and golf bag and didn't load anything other than the top menu and green masters background forever nothing else... I restart everything and I am having limited offline options every time I restart EA Sports PGA Tour but it says to push in right stick to connect to EA. My gamertag is Dark Element48 I'm on Xbox X series, I push stick in. It says connecting to EA then looks like it connects but my account doesn't have my golfer to pick (gives me Scottie Scheffler) and my top menu is gone (rb and lb stuff like quest setting golfer etc just gone but if i try to do any gameplay with in game pro characters, when it tries to come back to main menu all I get is the top menu and green master background the game freezes and crashes) There is no push button for "managing golfer" in lower right side anymore at all at any time after golfbag edit bug. I had a lv42 character name Luther Foxfrey, can't access my character at all. I have pulled modem and restarted it I switched to guest profile which had my character once but still broken top menu then tried signing out and back in or quick resume nothing worked tried dns switch in xbox to google didn't help, played on EA pro plays PC version of EA sports PGA Tour with my account and it is broken and behaves exactly the same. Deleted Local Save Data for every where and even reserve data, uninstalled PGA from Xbox and Cold Booted and restarted console and reinstalled, it synced up new and still everything is broken when I launched it exact same every time. I've done everything under the sun I can think of to fix this game while other people are playing it no problem. Read all post and all repair options I saw nothing fixed this nothing helps. Please help. I had EA Pro Deluxe and preorder stuff on my character and a lot of tickets and golfer points and EA points I bought on store, as well as some Pro Specs. Now show a LV0 "zero" next to my level and gamertag as well. I still haven't done the Tournament 18 sim Augusta for my 2 shots at those golf master clubs skins yet. Only 10 days or so left. I made a bug report as well here. Please help I really like this game when it works! Thanks.

EDIT: Added pictures notice how it doesn't give option to push character "manager golfer" button in bottom right corner notice how menu at top is gone completely like golfer settings quest etc, notice how it says Lv 0 (zero) next to my gametag Dark Element48... Nothing seems to fix this, Help!!!

    Also adding a picture of some other player's menu and how they have a menu and charater buttons and I don't, what it should look like normally...

    This picture is not of my character or my account just using for generic purpose to show what is normal and not like my pictures....

    Are you getting an error message? Every time I launch the game the first thing I see is scottie scheffler and not connected "push RS (button) in to Connect to EA Servers" after I do top menu doesn't load or manage golfer button and a Lv 0 (level zero) next to my gamertag, game freezes if I try to access some menu things like store or golfer or other and if I play any of the in game golf at all when it goes back to the menu all I see is top menu standard green masters menu background.

    Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? around 4/26/23 or maybe 27th and still happening 100% of the time since then.

    Is anything else happening?     Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Delete local profile saved data from console pga game card and then deleted it from everywhere many times. Later on as well as reserve data many times. I've hard reboot my Xbox X console and hard booted my cable for 30 minutes connecting via modem (no problem playing other games online though like EA's BF 2042) many times. I've changed DNS on console to google's dns address and back no change regardless.  I've updated profile on EA account password and picture. I've tried to quick resume pga tour and offline mode and online mode and been on PC version on the same EA account with I did originally for EA Pro Golf Bag bonus and other stuff and even played it on PC some with 3 click swing but that was before 04/26/23 and the game worked fine but after 04/26/23 the PC version have mimiced the Xbox X in the same exact way. Only difference is sometime I can get the top menu to load unlike xbox x but if I go to golfer or store or quest, most of the time it freezes and crashes. I've repaired under manage game option on PC, no change. I've tried guest sign ins on xbox x and got to see my character on signin with guest but his stats where 69 overall instead of lv42 was like 89 or 90 overall and for reason he lost stats and it says scottie schleffer has those stats but if I play scottie schleffer he has his own shot types and stats but that was until I switch to a pro and tried to switch back now I can't even see my character anymore no matter what.

    Try connecting to a mobile hotspot. This is just as a test. Try playing again an let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    @EA_Aljo   i mostly just have access to cable internet ethernet hardwired for everything, I have tried with proxies on PC PGA Tour though and it wasn't any different. Tried using my smart phone as a 5g and 2.4g hot spot connection to xbox x neither worked or would hold a connection, think it said NAT just endless searched, but i don't know much about wifi or hot spots, the glitch first happened on xbox x which is what I play PGA on mostly

    HI @darkelement48 To check do you, 

    - Own the game on the Xbox profile you are playing under or do you game share?

    - Do you own PGA Tour on another platform? 

    Also to confirm do you have a open NAT Type, and fully connected to service in your Xbox network settings?

    @EA_IlliumYes I have the EA PGA Tour digital standard with deluxe upgrade and EA Pro Play account which lets me play on PC if I want as well and did work just fine on both but I mostly just got EA Pro Play for the EA Golf Bag Bonus but really only play on xbox x series. I had a problem with my custom golfer on career and wanted to reset his career so I did the game data delete from everywhere and that fixed it no problem and then played for awhile like lv15 to lv42 with no problems (2 weeks or so) and didn't play PC at all all the way till way after the golf bag edit with orange clown putter cover and it glitched and crashed on xbox x then it started having problems with loading golf bag or store or quest and manage golfer button was gone after that it kept crashing and got worse top menu was gone and said I had to connect everytime I launched the game only after that did I try everything I could to fix it and tried on PC as well but it seems to be saved on my ea account messed up as both xbox x and PC behaved exactly the same.

    @EA_Illium  "Also to confirm do you have a open NAT Type, and fully connected to service in your Xbox network settings?" Yes says Wired IPv4 NAT Type: open All services are available.
