Region lock the China players to their own server is the only way and blocking of all VPN ip ranges or redirect VPN players to the China server to cheat all they like and leave everyone else alone.

    FYI. It's China players that are cheating. Singaporeans don't care about cheating.

    Wait for 30 second after the opening video. And then hit esc and cancel. The data center should appear at the buttom.
