So I just installed the Sims4 Spa Day. Everything in it seems to work fine, but when I go up to the 'hand massage chair' (not the one where you are lying face down) and click on it, no options pop up. It's completely non responsive. Is this a common error and what can I do to fix it? Thanks, was really looking forward to using it....

I have not problem clicking on my hand massage chair -- all the options show up and I'm able to give or receive massages in it.

I was thinking that in @LolaLikesC4 's case maybe they fixed this since you reported it last June , and in my game it is working fine... but since @MadamBultitude still has the same problem, clearly there is something different in y'all's games that I'm not experiencing! I play on a PC and I do not use Mods or Custom Content (CC). Do either of you perhaps play on a console (PS4 or Xbox) or use Mods/CC.🤔 Even something like a hairstyle CC item can affect Sims behavior!🤨 Seems odd, but it does happen! 😃
Hey! Hehe no worries, I understand that things can get hectic sometimes. The issue with the massage chair actually resolved itself after a few patches, so all is well again, but unfortunately I can’t be of much help to others experiencing the same problem 🤔 it just fixed itself eventually.
@LolaLikesC4, thank you so much for replying! It looks like you posted in June, which was around the time Island Living came out, so the forum was probably flooded with Mermaid questions! 😃
