restaurant plot won't open, others will

I've tried resetting cache, gone through the mods better exceptions has been telling me is the problem. And now I'm stuck. on the restaurant zone director and I haven't been able to get off of that. Its been on 10% and nothing else is working.. I really don't want to lose the restaurant I worked so hard top build.

    Bella1Nguy1en​  Can you enter the lot from the map screen?  If you can't open the lot in either build or live modes, the lot is glitched and needs to be replaced.  If you can open the lot, save it to your library if you don't already have a copy there.  Then bulldoze the lot and replace it with the copy from your Library.  If you have an earlier version of the save with a working version of that lot, you can use that to get a version of the lot for your Library.  If you can't get into the lot from the map, then, using the copy from your Library, try to replace it from the map screen.  If you don't have a copy, then try to replace it with another lot (the goal being to get the glitched lot out of the save).  If you can't get the lot out of your save, then you might want to consider scrapping the save and starting over if you don't have a copy of the save predating the onset of not being able to enter the lot.
