@therealmuku Yes, but after they checked what triggered his ban and saw that it was not a hack - they unbanned him. In your case, they checked what triggered the ban and it was something that kept them from lifting the ban.
If you lied and said something like - Oh, I played normally and the next day when I came in, I saw the message "Your client is banned" blablablablaaaa. They do not help liars and people who try to trick them 🙂
So remember what tool you used - Autohotkey, Python, hwid spoofer or other.

@TBTFW Like i said, i did nothing like seriously nothing. I opened my pc and straight away ran the game. First few matches was fine, but i realised there was this one match that have many spectators around 14 people if im not mistaken.

Then, after that match i got banned😞. Maybe cuz one of my party used cheat and thats might trigger the anti-cheat system? One of friend told me that he encountered dozens of smurf account, during our match together. I can't really tell whether that account legit or not cuz me myself also new.

P/s: I'm still new to this game, only played 2seasons. I am complete innocent. If i used cheats or any programs or party with cheater, my stats wouldn't be so bad😂 (amount of matches to winning ratio)

@therealmuku There is no such thing as someone from your party using a hack and you being banned. 14 spectators, hmmm 🙂 🙂 🙂 don't you think something caught their attention? Nevermind. If the story you told doesn't match the story the EA team can see, they will not unban you.
+ your account is level 60+ (1 week of playing).

@TBTFW I ran out of ideas what to say🤷‍♂️. Seems like i'm the one is using cheat and desperately begging EA to unban me. I'm here to search for an answer, regarding my banned account. If EA could provide me with a solid answer and proves that i violated their regulations, then im happy with it (specifically).

And i believe the 14 spectators were watching my other teammates during that game. I only got 5 kills during that game and my teammate who was Lv4, killed 17people and caused 3000 damages++, how am i suppose to standout and caught their attention?

Clearly there was a huge misunderstanding here. Fyi, 5kills in a game is the most kills i ever gained in a single match.

@E9ine_AC Believe me you will not be banned for playing with a hacker, you can consult with the EA team. But if this person says that they checked his account and there is something he keeps silent about, and that is why he will sit blocked. Do you realize that if he is blocked for no apparent reason, and he has put money in his account - he can sue them. But like I said - he did something and that's why he's blocked right now. I would ask him to put a picture of the email he received from EA or to put a picture from live chat with EA support where he asks them why he is blocked and they tell him. But he will not do it because he is guilty. SteamedPaul got unbanned because the anti-cheat system was triggered by something unrelated to the game. But in the case of therealmuku, they checked his appeal and something stops them. If you use something and lie to them - They will not unblock you - NEVER. If you used something and lied to them that your account had been hacked - they can check this and if you lie - YOU WILL NOT BE UNBANNED. If you write the story that your brother or cousin used a hack and you was blocked - YOU WILL NOT BE UNBANNED. What you are writing is complete nonsense, please contact ТoS team and ask them if if your friend uses a hack you will be bannned.

@TBTFW Actually you can. If you openly group with a cheater that EA see's is a cheater they will ban all parties involved. It will be assumed ok this guy played xxx games with this guy they obviously are friends and know the cheats are being used. Both will be punished not just the 1. This has been stated other posts. ToS im sure can back this claim up if you really wish to go that far with it.

It's like I'm talking on a wall. He used something otherwise he wouldn't have been banned. REALIZE IT.
+ EA/ ТoS team has reviewed his case and have not responded and they don't respond when you try to lie to them.I have contacted them for many questions and asked them separately about such things. End of topic.

@TBTFW I suggest find someone who openly cheats party with them for couple hours see how it goes for ya. Let me know. =P

@TBTFW Just stating if you openly party with a cheater and they continue to use cheats and you continue stay partied with them you will see punishment. All I was saying.

@E9ine_AC Yeah dude, i think my acc got banned due to the fact that i partied with someone from my previous match. At first, I thought he was good but on my second thought he said that the acc was a smurf acc. After reading EA regulations, they did stated that make a party with a cheater will all face the same consequences.

But for real, i invited him cuz i thought he was genuinely good. I have no idea that he was a cheater.

@therealmuku Being partied with a cheater should only roll out a ban, if it was for more than 5-10 or so games. It's clear when someone's cheating, when you hear "firing" *1 sec later* "enemy down" "firing" "whole squad out!". Or when they ping the walls, or run off and suddenly get into a fight, etc.
