Unfair Client Ban ( possible account hacked ) (got unbanned)

    Sorry to hear that you got banned, but don't worry if you didn't do anything wrong, you prob get your account back.
    We cannot assist you with bans on Answer HQ but I'll help you to contact the right team.

    I see you already filled in a form but just to make sure you send it to the right team, I'll give you all the information. 

    Because you hint that your account was possibly compromised, I recommend you to contact the support team.
    They can help to get your account secure again and add some extra lines of defense to avoid this happening again.

    After your account is secure, you'll have the option to create an appeal with the EA Advisor that will be sent to the Terms of Service team.
    They will then review this case and investigate this case if you have nothing to fear, I'm sure you"ll be unbanned soon.. 😉

    It could take up to 5 business days before you get a reply, this could take sometimes a bit longer.
    Just keep an eye on your mailbox and spam/promotion folders, sometimes these emails get routed to those folders.
    But the EA advisor will have more information about this so take his/her word over mine.
