totally agree! And not only on consoles, also on pc.

most of the time you have to run, find the spot and shoot at the enemy and all of this in seconds, but with the havoc, you can't 'cause in that second till it starts firing, the enemy could be already behind a cover or somewhere else.

This gun is completely useless for the most part. Its onyl good for the start of a match, where everyone either has no shield, or just the white one.
