No mods whatsoever, just a lot of DLCs. I tried playing with mods ages ago. Once it corrupted my previous game, I deleted them all and never reinstalled. Thankfully, this only happened to me the once. It wasn't Grim, it was a human reaper. As I came onto the lot, I saw him reaping the 4th person on the second floor, so there was no time to get to the body. I'm a vampire and I wouldn't have been able to teleport fast enough. I got through the rest of the career path just fine though, but I did also experience a glitch where it told me to close 4 rifts at the office and no rifts were there to close, so I basically did nothing that game day as well.
I think around 3 or 4. Just looked up which sim it was cuz I remembered the face and happened to have Sims open right now. It was Santos Valentin on the multi-reap comedy show mission where the sims died of laughter.
