I think around 3 or 4. Just looked up which sim it was cuz I remembered the face and happened to have Sims open right now. It was Santos Valentin on the multi-reap comedy show mission where the sims died of laughter.

@PrincessKaoru I'd say, report it in the bug forum if it happens again. If it was a one time thing, I wouldn't worry too much.
