@Nyphtysis Does it crash when you try to place it ? Did you try very simple houses too ?
What about Sims, do they crash the game too ?

@crinrict Hello, yes when I dowload a room from gallery and then place it my game will just place it normally then I will be unable to interact with anything. I can try using hammer to destroy, create a wall, I will be able to see it but my game will just not place it, destroy item, place a room, dowload from gallery again.
So my only way to do something is by exit the game but my game is just stuck in an infinite saving process and/or if I try simply exit, it will freeze.
I have no problem with my Sims, this problem only occur when I'm on building mode (no matter if it's residential/construct mode and no matter if it's a bar/restaurant/gym etc).
also, house or any lot is working fine. I try avoiding anything with CC included from Gallery and only try to download things from base game / DLC that I have.
- @Nyphtysis There are known issues with a few bigger lots. If one doesn't work, try another. I would use a test save to download stuff.
