If you are still seeing an issue with anti-cheat, check the following page for info and troubleshooting steps:

Thanks.
Mine wont launch. The Anti-cheat splash pops up twice, then it just stops.

Hi @BloodyIrish
Can you confirm it shows as enabled by checking through windows powershell?
- Open Powershell as admin
- Windows key -> type 'powershell' -> Run as Administrator
- In the window that comes up, type:
Confirm-SecureBootUEFI
If it shows as true and you keep running into issues with it crashing and going back to EA App let us know, or if shows false try reenabling it in your BIOS.
Cheers!
- Open Powershell as admin
I was able to get the game to launch, one important note. I have an ROG Crosshair x670e extreme motherboard and I use “game first” software to optimize my network, once disabling I can launch the game.
- @BloodyIrish what’s your discord bro?
I looked up the secure boot in my advanced settings in my bios and it showed as enabled, but when I just checked in powershell it is showing as False. Not sure what the fix is if when I go to change it it says it's changed.
New issue. Now that Secure Boot is showing True and enabled for me, launching the game shows the anticheat screen "EA AntiCheat Service encountered a system error. Please run the EA AntiCheat Service Installer." When I run the installer, it says that the installer is already running. Now I'm stuck in this loop where the original error box doesn't go away and the game still won't launch.

HI @EsportsValen We might be running into something preventing the Beta or EA anti-cheat from running correctly. Which windows OS do you have?
Also when you have a moment can you try the following...
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
Where do I have to go in the bios at?
- I installed the Madden 24 beta a couple of weeks ago but could not get the game to load because the anti-cheat kept giving me the 117 error code (unacceptable configuration or program found to exist). After no luck trying to use EA help and no luck with clean starts or any other method, I decided to start one of my two desktop computers with a fresh install of Windows 10 pro, and then try Madden 24 beta on that fresh install.Madden 24 beta worked perfectly on the fresh install. So I started re-installing my other software programs to see which was the culprit. No problem with MS Office 365, no problem with Acrobat, no problem with several file utilities and other Windows external utilities. Then this morning I installed Dragon Naturally Speaking Pro 15 and BINGO! - that is the program causing anti-cheat to throw out the 117 error. I immediately uninstalled Dragon (it was installed with Revo Uninstaller so I could be certain to get all the registry entries out of the registry). Yup, Madden 24 beta is again running just fine after uninstalling Dragon Naturally SpeakingNow the question is why would a dictation program like Dragon 15 cause the anti-cheat 117 error?
Saved me. Bro you are the man
My issue was the ROG Game First Application was breaking the Anti Cheat
This was a fix for me.
