Madden 24 Xcloud version won't sync to existing game files
Hi, I recently stopped playing Madden 24 on PC through Game Pass because it kept crashing my PC, but I noticed the cloud version was coming out soon so I waited to play again. The GamePass cloud version released today and when I booted it up it told that it was a Trial version (which the other one didnt) and it didn't sync any of my saves and I'm currently unable to use the Ultimate team I built before I stopped playing. I just wanted to know if this is a known issue since it just got released, or is this intended because there's no cross play saves? Thanks for any feedback.
P.S. I did connect my Xbox gamer tag to my EA account so if it is possible to cross play save I don't see what the issue is.

To confirm for the trial message, this is something you will see when launching the Xbox GamePass version. You can click past this message to continue playing.
Secondly, the Xbox Cloud versions will play the Xbox console version of the game, If you have made progress on the Xbox version you will see that progress when game streaming with Xcloud.
However if you are playing on PC this is a different version of the game, which would be why you do not see your progress.
