When loading the game the app (Origin/EA app) disappears and after a few seconds it appears again without the game even starting. I also tracked the .exe when launching it on Task Manager and after a few seconds it just crashes on its own.
there was a similar error with madden 22 on PC, try and look it up it may help you

Hey @nfsmastergr Can you check if you have any other applications running like an anti-virus, anti-cheat, or overlays that may be interfering with Madden launching? If not would you be able to share a DxDiag?
Here is the DxDiag result you asked for. About the overlays/anti-viruses, I don't run any overlays other than Origin itself.
This is a dump file from my latest attempt. Is this the same issue as Madden 22?

Hi @nfsmastergr apologies for the delayed response, wanted to confirm if this is still happening? If so can you try the following?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Try these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs that may be preventing the game from properly saving
- Disable Origin in-game overlay and any other running overlays
- Close any running anti-cheat, ensure any AV or security software allows Origin and Madden to run and save files
- Repair via the Origin client
- Ensure only Origin or EA App is running at once
- Clean Boot
- @Jpease1972 If you are still running into this as well try the above, if you keep seeing it crash at launch can we get a DxDiag?

Hi @Jpease1972 We've had a few recent changes with Madden 23, wanted to confirm if the game still has issues with launching from Origin? If so can you test if this happens on a new admin account on the device?
Created new admin account. Same issue. Origin minimizes, nothing for about 15 seconds, then origin pops up again and the play button is available. I have also tried launching directly from the madden23 exe file.
BTW. Game runs fine on my laptop under the same account.

@Jpease1972 To confirm do you have an AV or other security software that may be running on both accounts on the device? Whatever runs with Win11 on both laptop and PC.
me too, im getting an error saying "we've noticed you computer is currently offline to activate your game on this computer using your EA Account you'll need to connect to the internet". but im already connected to the internet so i dont understand the error. pleas help?

Hi @condorwhite52 @Jpease1972 Is it possible to test this on a different network to see if any of the issues with Origin change?
I do not have any other networks available. Also, I don’t see the network being the issue as I can play the game on my laptop on the same network. It would be nice if I was at least getting an error message but I don’t get anything.
