@EA_Aljo This is not acceptable! Please help us. I have talked to live chat advisors 5 times now and they suggest posing our issue to the forum. I come on the forum and the advice is to chat with one of them.I have been very patient and respectful towards them as I know that there is only so much they can do. This is the main mode that I grind and I have won 4 games in a row 5 times now with no rewards. Since this is the main mode I use, I am not able to play ultimate team and build my team. This is the whole reason that I buy the game. Please please help me. I can not take one more "please check your binder again and if it is not there in a couple of days then contact us again." I, along with my friends, do not want to give up on this game.

I'm very sorry, but this isn't something I can speed up the process of. We'll have to wait for that issue to be resolved. Also, I think it would be good to reach out to our Twitter/Facebook support. They may be able to help with this. I'm not aware of any issues with H2H Draft rewards. It's possible the advisor thought you meant Field Pass rewards.
