Thanks for not helping, especially EA_David who doesn't know to answer to private messages. I found out the solution by myself. I've tried many solutions but when I turned off gaming clients like Playfire and Raptr I had no problems with Mass Effect errors. Probably Raptr is wrong because it tracks gaming experience and Origin client and Mass Effect have problems with it. I haven't got any problems with games on Steam.
