Any idea on when it might be fixed? Also it took my points when I tried to buy the spectre pack but it didn't give me a pack...

So, still no solution? It's October! It's been 2 months.

The only 'solution' is to buy Spectre packs at 160 points, or tell EA to give you a refund.

Spectre packs are the *only* things you can buy with Bioware points, ME 3 multiplayer wise.

I suspect someone was looking at the multiplayer store code, saw a lot of apparently redundant entries dealing with bioware points and spectre packs, and deleted all but one of them.

Since they weren't playing the game, they didn't care to find out why there were several similar entries and just picked the one that 'seemed' like the best option.

This is an answer, but not a solution.  This problem still exists.  Looking at the time stamp on these messages I need to assume that this is a problem that will not be fixed and I'll need to figure out how to get a refund due to false advertising.
