Can't buy any 240 BWP worth multiplayer packs in me3

    The entire store is broken using BWP, and until they fix it they've disabled those purchases.

This is an answer, but not a solution.  This problem still exists.  Looking at the time stamp on these messages I need to assume that this is a problem that will not be fixed and I'll need to figure out how to get a refund due to false advertising.
