currently on a new play through and am having the same problem. was there a fix out or some thing.

Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair)
This sounds like a work around. Personally, I've never experienced this issue. You can also try to turn off the film grain in the options. That may help. However, I'm glad you found something that works for you!
