Just wanted to say thanks for keeping us all update on this issue.I am sure this no drops issue is very frustarting for everyone who is still not gettig them my self included.I must say though it does seem to be taking a rather long time for EA & Twitch to resolve this issue,but at least its being acknowledged as an ongoing issue .Agent K on every GMM stream does always acknowledge this Twitch drops issue and assures us he will let us know when he has any updates so a BIG thank you Sir for that. Agent K did mention on Thursdays GMM that a server deploymet went out that Day to fix some issues but still no Drops in sight well for me anyway.
Community ManagerPosting again to share that I'm still having issues receiving Twitch drops for all EA-related Madden Twitch streams, including Good Morning Madden, Madden Club Championships, Derwin vs the World, and Madden Live. No drops for me since mid-November and have done the disconnect-and-reconnect steps that EA Help has detailed, but no dice.
One weird note is that the Amazon Prime drops *did* work for me, even with the Twitch drops not working.
Fingers crossed that the Twitch drop issue can finally be fixed for everyone soon. Getting all those GMM packs at once would be like Christmas come early!
Now you come to mention it. I also got the Madden 21 pack from Amazon Prime Gaming for December.Though i had to unlink & re-link again but it worked fine.

Just checking to see if there has been any updates on this issue or if a resolution has been found. I am still not receiving any twitch drops. I tune in everyday on the GMM streams and Madden Live streams. The last couple of streams, Madden mobile Nick didn't have this issue on the slide anymore. If there has been a fixed to this issue, please advise at your earliest convenience. I would really like to get my account fixed ASAP before the club series next week. They usually give out a lot of drops during those streams and I haven't had any drops since late October early November. Any updates, replies or advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
EA Staff (Retired)Multiple teams (i.e. Development and Customer Care) are working through this issue. Once we get an update on when the issue is fixed we will update this thread. Apologies for the delay but we are waiting for other teams to do the necessary work on the back end to address this issue.
