You can install MEHEM whenever you want, the important part is that you need to use a Save Game that was made before you entered the Cerberus HQ mission to avoid problems.
It doesn't matter if this save game was made before or after you installed the mode, only that it is made before the Cerberus HQ mission.

All of them, but the ALOT Textures will only affect MEMEM (MEMEM only changes very few Textures) if you installed MEHEM before you installed the ALOT mode.)
