Mouse acceleration

Hey all,I've bought the game, was pleased with the new dialogues the better timings and bla bla bla.Then went on eden prime.I discovered that they've put some pretty nasty Negative mouse acceleration and of course you are unable to disable it.(Let's not mention FOV for a game where 4/3 was more common, but we can pass this one as you can edit it in biogame.ini)Has anyone found a way to disable this garbage of a setting that should never exit on a PC game ?I've tried :bEnableMouseSmoothing=falseEnableMouseSmoothing=falseUseMouseDampening=Falseto no avail.

Bump. I just started MELE on PC as well. Looks like the mouse acceleration & deceleration from the original Mass Effect somehow didn't get remastered to raw input. There is a community mod that fixes this for the original ME game involving dropping the dxinput8.dll into the binaries folder, but this mod no longer works for the LE, probably because the LE is now 64-bit instead of 32-bit.

Really disappointing. Are you going to make me play a shooter with a controller?

Haven't gotten the game yet, but the mouse acceleration thing seems to crop up quite often in comments and reviews. So is it the way it used to be in the old version and that you hoped they would have fixed it with the remaster (which I can totally get behind), or is it actually worse than the old game?

EDIT: Just read on steam that the config file change works if you change the file to read only after saving the changes. Though I am not sure if it works for both steam AND origin version, but you might give it a shot.

The ini file probably gets overwritted because of the hardcoded file "BioGame\CookedPCConsole\Coalesced_INT.bin", i can see "UseMouseDampening" to TRUE there (in UNICODE UTF-16 viewing mode with an editor).&nbsp;all the values are in that .bin file, mouse, fov, graphics etc but yeah...&nbsp;😕
