Is it the remnant derelict model? I am short on quite a few of them , think I will start my collection again next playthrough. Dont think this site has the complete list but does have the remnant derelict model. I preferred the models at shepard's quarters on the normandy. Larger and nicer, the MEA models dont look as good.

I have all those but there's an empty spot in the case.
Right above the Citadel and in front of the Normandy.
You seem to be missing the MWS Fighter, the model you get from Spender’s apartment during Drack's loyalty quest. As far as I know there's no other way of getting it.

Yes, you are missing the MWS Fighter, from Spender’s apartment. You can't get it unless you replay Drack's loyalty mission.
