There is very little we can help you with here. If the save games are gone from the cloud storage there is no way to get them back.
The only way I can see is if you still have access to the 360. Here is a guide.

So the ME games are on that account and the games with the working cloud storage are also on that account I assume?
OK, I was thinking about a account mismatch, but it seams that this is not the case.
I am afraid that there is no way to recover the save files in this case.
