@CharmB789 Hello!  I must say this is a bit confusing.  Are your sims living in student housing dorms in Britechester or are they living in an apartment in San Myshuno from City Living?  If they're living in an apartment, it's part of the game play for them to have a relationship with a landlord.  Usually, there is a notification from the landlord telling sims to make sure they pay their rent on time.  If sims are living in student housing, there should not be any notifications from a landlord or relationships with them.
