@babyaktive Are you playing separately owned copies of the game? If you create a fresh account and try to play this at the same time do you see the same issue?

If so, I think the issue may be related to your router. 

Can you try enabling a setting called UPnP on this router. In some cases where folks are trying to play the same game on multiple systems this can help.
