Cannot change character appearance
Hi,
Problem:
The game was just bought and installed and we cannot change the appearance of a existing or a new character in a new game. Not at the start of a new game an not when we go through a mirror.
Platform:
PC windows 10
Tried:
Repair
Removing sims folder
Rebooting
Extra info:
We have the option to select the voice, gender walk etc., in the upper left corner, but when you click on the character you are suppose to be able to select eye, face shoes etc. But we can only Turn them. Sometimes after you do a repair you get the option to do so, but when you go from one item to another it just disappears and you are left with the character, the two arrows below their feet and the option to turn them (the upper left and right corner are also there). The change appearance options are all gone.
I do not have mods and have no clue what a cc or CAS is.
