Re: Mass Effect Legendary Edition does not exist in EA App

@EA_Shepard  I am sorry for replying late. 

Yes, I have access to EA Play through Game Pass on PC. I did not buy EA Play separately.

I try to install the game both through Xbox App and EA App. I am adding screenshot for both. 

As you can see from Xbox App screenshot, It says "Content Failed to Load" instead of "Install".














As you can see from the EA App screenshot, when I search for Mass Effect, I don't see the Legendary version. I also believe this is the main reason why I can't download it through XBox App.

I cannot download the game . I bought gamepass and when I went to market place "content could not be loaded".After that, I looked the Ea App and I couldn't see Mass Effect Legendary edition. When I searched the game , it never came out.

Apparently, people have had this problem for years now, somehow they haven't fix it yet. There are similar topics open:

@HollyWindd Some regions are not able to download the game. It has been reported to the team that players are having an issue. Sadly from a CM perspective, this one is a bit out of our hands to support. As of now, if the game does not show up in the EA app itself, players will not be able to download it. If and when that changes we will let players know!

This is really ridiculous but thank you.

I get it. I have been asking about this for a while now. There is a lot that is sadly out of our hands as a CM. All of the right teams know about this one. If any updates happen we will post them so players can install the game but it is a subject that unfortunately is a bit beyond a CM role.

broo this problem have been 2021. this shouldn't be hard, If this is difficult to add please tell me

@Jsercan97-TR Community Managers have no access to add anything in areas a game is not available. It isn't as easy as just adding it. When a game is removed or not available its due to region factors outside the area of community forums. It is being discussed but at this time, if it is not showing up, that is working as intended.

As info has been given and we are unable to make changes to this issue due to the nature of the thread, we will lock this down and consider this resolved.

This concern has been brought up to the appropriate teams and sadly this one is a bit out of our hands on the forums we would need to wait for any update on this one!
