Community Manager@Enchanter73 Do you have EA Play through Game Pass on PC? Are you using EA Play through the EA app?
Are you trying to install the game through the Xbox App or the EA App? If you are trying to install through the EA App, please note that Game Pass does not affect the EA App.
Can you attach a screenshot of the error(s) you are seeing on your end?

Yes, I have access to EA Play through Game Pass on PC. I did not buy EA Play separately.
I try to install the game both through Xbox App and EA App. I am adding screenshot for both.
As you can see from Xbox App screenshot, It says "Content Failed to Load" instead of "Install".
As you can see from the EA App screenshot, when I search for Mass Effect, I don't see the Legendary version. I also believe this is the main reason why I can't download it through XBox App.
Adding third screenshot to show that I can actually download other Mass Effect games through EA App.

I cannot download the game . I bought gamepass and when I went to market place "content could not be loaded".After that, I looked the Ea App and I couldn't see Mass Effect Legendary edition. When I searched the game , it never came out.
Apparently, people have had this problem for years now, somehow they haven't fix it yet. There are similar topics open:

Community Manager@HollyWindd Some regions are not able to download the game. It has been reported to the team that players are having an issue. Sadly from a CM perspective, this one is a bit out of our hands to support. As of now, if the game does not show up in the EA app itself, players will not be able to download it. If and when that changes we will let players know!
