Community Manager@HollyWindd Some regions are not able to download the game. It has been reported to the team that players are having an issue. Sadly from a CM perspective, this one is a bit out of our hands to support. As of now, if the game does not show up in the EA app itself, players will not be able to download it. If and when that changes we will let players know!

Community ManagerI get it. I have been asking about this for a while now. There is a lot that is sadly out of our hands as a CM. All of the right teams know about this one. If any updates happen we will post them so players can install the game but it is a subject that unfortunately is a bit beyond a CM role.

Community Manager@Jsercan97-TR Community Managers have no access to add anything in areas a game is not available. It isn't as easy as just adding it. When a game is removed or not available its due to region factors outside the area of community forums. It is being discussed but at this time, if it is not showing up, that is working as intended.
