Bugged Voeld Quest> Fact or Fiction

I had this same problem. Disabled everything, got the data, but the quest line still wanted me to disable the matrix. I thought maybe just the task was bugged out, so I went back to the historian. They told me, "Everything was destroyed with the base." So even though I got the data, it would not let me complete the quest. 

Plus, even after doing all of that, it's still listed in my Journal as a priority mission. 

I'm also having the issue. I can't get to the 'storage room', which shows up for the Kett Base attack quest (despite me finishing it) and I also cannot complete Fact or Fiction - the marker also points to this room.

Same here. After scanning and´destroying all three defense matrix things, nothing happens. Tries reloading several saves and still nothing :-(

im having this same issue. quest is bugged. i got the data but cant get into storage and it wont let me complete quest

Well, at least I'm not the only one. I think I've even tried leaving the area and returning and it didn't work still.

Same here - Fact or Fiction is still unfinished in my journal. 'Search kett database' is checked off, but 'Disable security matrix' is the next step and I can't complete it. After working on the 'Remove the Heart' mission, I had Fact or Fiction markers active, but the markers went away after I completed it, even though I went to the top room and activated the console after finishing the "boss" and unlocking the elevator etc. I have been back and spoke to the historian, and said something about the data being destroyed, but saw that Fact or Fiction was still unfinished. Went back to the kett base twice now to try and see if it would somehow re-activate, but nope. I'm going to say this is definitely bugged, unless there is some sort of very specific sequence that needs to be followed to be able to succeed <- but if that were the case, it should have been marked as failed in my journal at this point, and not active.
