@jeebz02 Yesterday i looked it up on my PS5 and tried to test it myself but I didn't download the deluxe edition itself. Everything showed up for me so that is a harder one. 

Have you tested a new save to see if it is the save file just in case?

I reached out regarding some players setting up threads on the Deep Space Explorer pack not downloading or showing up in the game. This content is working and was tested to confirm. Below is the info I have for you!

First, the armor is not part of the deluxe version. Owning the deluxe version entitles accounts to download the pre-order DLC. 

Note: with consoles (and some PC games) there are different versions of a game that apply different console entitlements to your console account.

• Standard Edition
• Deluxe Edition
• Deluxe Recruit Edition
• Other various versions

This pre-order DLC has to be installed separately from the Deluxe version. If only the Deluxe Edition DLC is installed the armor will be missing. Players can access this in the Game Content DLC management on the PlayStation. 

If the content does not appear after the restart when the game is fully installed (this causes many issues) the DLCs might need to be installed again and the licenses have to be restored on the PlayStation (then the installation is damaged or the local entitlements are missing). Having version A works differently than version B on your console.

As the Pre-order content is a separate download and should be included in other versions of the game, there should be no conflicts to combine it with any existing version of the game.

Thank you so much. That so helpful I bought the deluxe recruit edition but the pre order dlc never installed i think that I need to talk to PlayStation because i think my game missing the content but that so helpful 

@jeebz02  It is possible. As PS entitlements are different than PC, we only see you accessed it. We don't see what you should have or what you are supposed to have. Sony has to review that one.

So I talk to PlayStation and I have no idea why my dlc is missing I sent you a picture of what I have and  it shows that I got the deluxe edition content but the pre order bonus is missing

@jeebz02 That one then becomes a console or PSN issue. The purchases made on the console are linked to the console account, not the EA account. Your EA account is there for you to log into the server. The entitlements from the game and content are linked to Sony so any access for downloads comes through from the PSN ID that made the purchase. The only other issue that would affect this would be if another account made the purchase, and the account being used is game-sharing. 

There are only a handful of ways to get that downloaded.

Directly from the library

Search it on the PS Store
Download it from the PS app

Log into the PS store on a web page and send it to the console

Once these are ruled out, and the account you are logged into is the one that purchased it, you can try the following but it comes down to the entitlements linked to the PS account.

• Manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation
• Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
• Verify you signed into your PSN account
• Check for updates
• Restore Licence

Thank you so much. I know I purchased it on the same account because I have one account since I was 10 I’m 19 now. I was able to get ahold of PlayStation and this is what they told me. It in the picture below. I did what to say that I was able to gain access to the add on on my steam account but I’m have a weird problem with PlayStation 

My other issue is actually can’t find the pre order on my PlayStation store or app which is why I’m having such a hard time

@jeebz02 I have the deluxe upgrade which includes it. That was for those who didn't pre order. However, the version on there now like the recruit DE version and the DE version now include it, so the pre-order download would be redundant from what the studio said. If you did get that version it should include it. The message I previously posted is directly from them. They tested it out and found it to be in there as well. So you shouldn't need that pre order at all. And I am not seeing it in the download history or the store either. The only ones who can remove that are Sony. If it isn't there its been removed but that should not matter at this point.

Thanks. I will contact them again i actually got the dlc on my dad Xbox and my pc which shows that the edition works. So good news is I can play it i just need to get this fix on PlayStation

Were you able to download the deluxe upgrade on the PlayStation store 

@jeebz02 Hey, so no i am not able to see the pre order part but from what the studio told me from my previous post, that should not matter as all that should be in the version of the game you have. 

The issue here is no one here can modify that because it is a console version. Those entitlements are added with Sony not EA. When the game is installed, and all available add ons are installed, that specific armor has no issues. I tested it on my PS5 and PS4. both were pre orders but no longer have that pre order download for me. Only a deluxe edition content downloads.

If that isn't happening, a full reinstall of the game would be needed, and then you check and make sure no other add ons are available to install in the PS store, or your library. Everyone who has tested it has been able to access it.

@jeebz02 Out of the ME series, ME2 would be my favorite. I am playing the trilogy again actually just to run through on some achievements I don't have.

I bought the deluxe recruit edition digital the only add on that downloads is the deluxe edition content and when I go to the PlayStation store the deluxe edition upgrade says unavailable because I own it so I’m not sure why having this issue with the game. I really enjoy the game. 

Same. I think the story telling was excellent and the choices felt like they mattered. Have you played Star Wars fallen order and Survivor?
