Re: All pack items corrupted??
@Name1104 , it is usually best to move your Mods folder to your Desktop, and then delete your localthumbcache.package file. This is very important because it can retain bits of corrupted data, even with your Mods folder removed! 🤨 You can find this file in your Game folder, by going to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
It also wouldn't hurt to run another repair after you delete the localthumbcache.package file. It can't hurt!
Then, without putting your Mods back in the game, see if your official Sims 4 items are displayed normally. If they are then you will need to find which Mod or CC item is the one causing the problem. You will have to do this by testing each Mod and CC item one at a time (if you have a large amount of Mods/CC then you might want to do the 50/50 Method, testing in batches. Once you find the Mod/CC item (or items!) that are causing the problem , then see if the Mod/CC creator has updated that item to be compatible with the latest game patch!
If they have then you can put the updated version in your Mods folder and put the folder back in your game. If they don't have an update for the outdated item, you will have to wait until they update, or else never use it again because it will cause problems in your game!
Please update us on your situation! 😇
