Weird Bodies
Im not sure what it is but my sims bodies are weird. They have really large butts and when I try and make them smaller my sims will start to stand on an angle. Pics are included

Are you playing with mods? What I see in your pics is not something I see in my game even with the sliders at max for that body part. I suspect that if you are using mods, you've got some sort of slider mod that is causing it would be my first guess. It could be another mod too or even two mods that affect the same body part interacting with each other.
So, you'll need to take a look at your mods to see if you can find the culprit. Update any outdated mods if you can or remove them and the problem should go away.
If you are not using mods, then try a game repair as what you show in your pics is not normal.

Hello! Did you ever figure out what was causing this? I’m having the same issue currently. I’ve removed so many sliders and still can’t figure out what’s causing it!! I’m so frustrated
