I downloaded get to work add on but when i play the game when work time comes the sim just go to work and i stay at home without following him.

If you have High School Years, that pack added a button in the career panel to allow you to follow a sim to work. Check that panel and make sure that button is set to follow. The button will apply to teens going to high school and all 3 of the GTW careers.

No, My sim is an Adult and it have a career as an Entertainer
You need to choose an active career to be able to follow your sim to work. The Entertainer career isn't.
