@milligramspoison Have you tested without any mods/cc and removed the localthumbcache file ?

- @crinrict I have tested it without mods and cc, but the bug has still shown up. But I haven’t removed the localthumbcache file, so I’ll go try that!
- @crinrict I’ve just gotten the chance to sit at my pc and remove the localthumbcache file…the bug still occurs. The bug also still occurs when I remove all of my cc from the game :/
- @milligramspoison Could you post a picture how it looks in your game without mods/cc ?
@crinrict This is how it looks in my game without all my mods and cc.
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
