Re: CC stoves and ovens become invisible

There was an update recently on 11/22, but it seems to have only changed the profanity filter in the Sims gallery.

What you are describing is often caused when there are updates to the base object type and EA updates all their own items but all the CC of that type becomes broken.  I would check if a new version of The Sims 4 Studio has a new batch fix for stoves.
