@rachel_02456  Please clear the cache for Origin or the EA App, whichever you use:

And repair the game: open your game library, right-click the Sims 4 icon (Origin) or hover over the Sims 4 icon and click the three dots (EA App), and select Repair.

If this doesn't help, please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.
