Re: [MOD RELATED] Newborns age to toddlers/Disappearing infants

This recently just started happening to me. The sim goes to age up the newborn. The avatar does not load. Then the invisible baby floats down to the ground in a cloud of smoke. The sounds are there; however, there is no option to click on the infant. I went into build/buy mode to move the infant rug and received the error message "can't find object." Do you have any mods?

I do, I have MCC, Wonderful Whims, Lumpinou RPO, PandaSama Realistic Childbirth. Lots of CC as well. I am not sure when it started exactly as I am play Not So Berry and these are my first babies born in the family since the update. I am so bummed because I was looking forward to playing this stage with the next gen but now I can’t. If I try to save it just saves forever and I end up having to shut down and restart which started the whole cycle over. No glitches at all when they were newborn. I don’t want to do it but I am wondering if I just need to age them to toddlers…

I have quite a lot of CC as well. However, I have MCCC, WW, and RPO. I have other mods from Lumpinou such as her milestones mods. I had my sims go to court for a custody agreement. The father lost custody but ended up with the newborn somehow. This mother sim gave another significant other custody of their newborn through the custody agreement. I tried to age the newborns up in either household and ended up with the cloud of smoke in place of the actual infants. ☹️ I'm going to continue to conduct trial and errors to figure this out.
