its called a QR code a type of barcode

you need to scan the image with your PHONE iPhone/blackberry using the camera

not entierly sure how it works iv never done it  but this is what you must do

    Download the QR Reader App to your phone. Scan the image and follow it's link. It will bring you to a website that unlocks a claim for you.
