Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.365.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every pack excluding the Star wars game pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a water emitter from Growing together and turn it on. Turn on an already placed water emitter.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you turn on a water emitter from "Growing Together" there is no water animation coming out.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see water spraying out of the emitter.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed Growing together.

I experienced this bug whilst mods were removed.

    The NPC child is currently splashing in the public emitter and you caan see the water at his feet but not coming out of the object. Also an emitter on my residential lot which is switched on.

    @Dickensdanielle2 I've tried with your settings but was still not able to duplicate. I don't have the option of 144 refresh rate though. Did you change that in the options file or do you have a mod for that ?

    @crinrict Is the refresh rate the FPS? I'm not very tech savvy but my son is and I believe he changed the FPS rate for me manually through files on my laptop to fix a flicker I was getting whilst playing the game, this was over a year ago. Could this be an issue? I don't have a mod that adjusts any settings like this. Thank you.

    @crinrict I just started a completely new game and the emitters are working. I use one save file and rotate so it must be an issue in my save. Thank you for your help.
