@alexhob123  When you load the game to the Main Menu, there will be a button to start a new save (New Game) as well as buttons to Resume or Load Game.

Uninstalling and reinstalling Sims 4 may not help.  This is typically an issue with the save itself or with the user folder, not the program files.
