Same issue here. Updated drivers (booting into Windows on a Mac Pro vice through an emulator). I have Boot Camp driver for AMD v 14.301 (I verified the driver through the properties window of the HD 5800), yet Dragon Age Inquisition still says, "Detected AMD Radeon driver version 10.7 The required ... 13.12 or later"
