CC hair and CC glasses looks weird with laptop mode on.

I have a HP laptop and because of that laptop mode is obviously a setting I'd turn on to make the game run smoothly, however when I turn on laptop mode while playing on a save with a sim with CC hair and CC glasses it makes it look like each strand of hair has this weird blond outline and the glasses are completely tinted black even though they aren't meant to! If you could help it would be appreciated! I have an image of the hair and glasses attached to the post.

  • @jamesussery Not all CC creators design for low graphics/laptop mode. You could ask the CC creator, but understand the response could simply be to suggest turning laptop mode off.
  • Ah, I see, thanks! I guess I'll just keep laptop mode off since it doesn't affect my performance that much, but laptop mode does run better.

  • My cc hair worked fine before I turned on laptop mode, but I got some CC objects and they would colour glitch like crazy. I turned on laptop mode and the objects are all perfect, but now the cc hair and eyelashes (glasses acc.) are doing this blonde streak thing! What kind of settings should fix both sim hair and object graphics?? I can't find any answers anywhere else for this.

@lilnattybear Sounds like alpha CC or similarly high-poly-count content. It just doesn't get on well with laptop mode. Stick to Maxis Match if you need to play in laptop mode for performance reasons, and watch the polycount on it.
