Traits won't show up in CAS since Lovestruck update

I haven't been able to pick traits or see the traits icon since I updated the game when Lovestruck came out. I've done everything to try to repair my game, but nothing worked. I thought it was a mod related issue because when I removed my mods, traits shown up, but today when I was seeing which mod was causing it, the traits won't show up regardless if there are no mods ingame. I did a user reset, removing all the files in documents, and repaired my game several times, but traits still won't show up. I even uninstalled my game and reinstalled it, the traits are still broken. I've heard alot of people had/have this issue since Lovestruck update but it seems like it is able to be repaired for others?

Packs I have are: Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Discover University, Highschool Years, City Living, Island Living, Cottage Living, Get to Work, Get Together, Get famous, Vampires, Dine Out, Parenthood, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville, Tiny Living, Vintage Glamour, Laundry Day, Backyard Stuff, My first pet Stuff, Bowling Night Stuff, Movie Hangout Stuff, Storybook Nursery Kit, Artist Studio Kit, Book Nook Kit, Desert Luxe Kit, and Blooming Rooms Kit.

I had Reshade installed but it seems like it broke down, since it won't show up ingame. I'll try to delete Reshade, but I doubt it's the cost of this.
