The thing that worked for me was to disconnect NFS from Google play, open the game and play tutorial again and then log in. The settings were restored. Hope that works for you guys as well

- How did you exactly do that? Im playing it for almost 1 month and a half and I was lvl 59 with the razor almost to the max RP. Once i did the tutorial again and then i had to choose to log back on my name. Now this is not happening again. My name is not there anymore to log in back ... so what actually to do
