Re: [PC]Unable To Play In Fullscreen

Hi Community (sorry for my english),

i had this fullscreen problem myself, after reinstalling windows 10.

I figured out that Need for Speed dosent like to be in fullscreen, when i try to mirror my gaming monitor to tv.

After i used only one monitor for output it runs like it should.

i hope i could help someone here 🙂

Hey Dear EA why won't you fix your broken games?

I have this issue on BOTH of my pc's, did not have them before and now it is on both Battlefront and BF4.
My main pc is an AMD FX8350, on a 990fx board, with 16gb ram, GTX 970 gpu and 850evo ssd, it's on a 1080p 144hz screen.
the secondary pc Intel 4790s i7, on a z97 board and 8 gb ram, GTX 670 gpu, and 850evo ssd, its on a 1080p 65hz screen.
Bot on Win 10 (build 10586) and Nvidia Driver is updated (365.19)

I just bought battlefront and this just feeds my dismay with Origin and EA! Let me just go back and play my steam games in fullscreen.

i solved it for myself.. on shortcut NFS16 right click PROPERTIES.

in tab SHORTCUT on RUN (NORMAL WINDOW)

in tab COMPATIBILITY must check RUN THIS PROGRAM AS AN ADMINISTRATOR

    this is it.

in game must bi pressed FULLSCREN MODE.

    it works for me.

The Shortcut thing with admin rights and normal window did not work for me. It is useless. Using 8.1 here. Drivers up to date. No teamviewer.

However, I managed to somewhat play fullscreen through borderless window by enlarging it from the window bar, then applying Borderless Gaming app. But still with it there is sometimes flickering to black in-game so it is not a perfect solution.

Please fix the issue properly EA.

Custom service tells that this issue is only on 800-series nvidia graphics cards and bug is in the game. Game developers  know about this bug. ☹️ And do nothing for resolve this problem...

Soooo ...I have GTX 860m and had the same window problem on 8.1. Upgrading driver did not work.

I had to upgrade to windows 10 to solve it. No more windowed screen.

All the other fixes were useless.

Hello, I am sorry for repost, unfortunately I did not find how to make a separate office, but only asking a question, I hope it's nothing to worry about.
Also, sorry for my english, I'm from Russia, and can prevent some errors.

I read all the solutions to this problem, and would like to share with you how I solved it.

I bought the game, downloaded, launched, everything is standard, as you did.
    My laptop - Lenovo y5070
    Configuration ::
    CPU Intel Core i7-4710HQ
    Video card Nvidia GTX860m 4GB
    HDD - SSD Kingston 256GB
    RAM 8GB HYnix

    Operating System - Windows 8.1
    capacity x64

Tried all that is possible (as described in this topic), that ultimately helped me:
installing the driver from the -- Nvidia version 364.51 x64 for windows 8.1 - clean install
    program installation -- borderlessGaming 8.4

then the game starts, first in the window, and then automatically expands to fill the screen

Good luck in the game! I am pleased that the money is well spent.
