My sims can't ineract with each other at date at all and I have no idea why, I just downloaded Lovestruck and everything was fine. Untill when I tried to test gameplay ://

For the plushie, are you trying to filter by LS content? If so, that might be the issue: some items don't have the LS tag. Bug report here:
