I think that solved it! None of my mods were out of date, but I did remove the mods, and CAS worked again. I put all of my cc back in and put my script mods back in one by one, and the problem was still gone! TYSM!

No worries - I'd recommend making a backup of this save regularly, just to be safe. If the issue comes back but is resolved the same way, I'd suggest letting the mod maker/s know too.
