@bokuamy MC Command Center doesn't currently break UI at all and I know of no conflicts that would cause that either. Perhaps you had an installation issue with it?

Start with a clean Mods folder (drag the current one to your desktop and delete the localthumbcache file). Start the game and exit to create a new Mods folder. Use the current Broken/Updated Mods list and previous (very long) Updated list to find some very likely candidates to update, and then test, with a folder of only updated, freshly downloaded mods. You can add the other ones in gradually to check those afterward.

One advantage of doing it this way is that you'll also catch duplicated mods (old versions + new, for example). Sometimes an old file left in the folder when you update can cause issues.
