we’re having the same issues here. I already followed the instructions but it is still not working

Yeah I tried everything I could possibly think of including taking the controller apart and checking all connections. Still isn't working to this day so sad I had to stop playing and I traded the game in for something else. I was really enjoying the game, it's a shame.
